Philip A. Frazier:

After receiving his BA degree in Economics, Phil worked for several years in the public sector before moving to the telecommunications industry for 15 years. He specialized in systems architecture and systems analysis and served one very rewarding year with the San Francisco Bay Area United Way as a loaned executive for technology transfer. He completed his Masters degree in Telecommunications Management in 1994.

Since 1995, Phil has consulted in the areas of business process analysis, object-oriented systems design, and data modeling. He focuses on enabling corporate IT workgroups to design and implement systems within the context of the business processes they are intended to support. Phil has more recently expanded his consulting to include the design and development of data-driven intranets .

Jane C. Frazier:

Janey has nearly 30 years of corporate and consulting experience. In the corporate setting, her experience includes managing and training frontline sales and ordering personnel, managing the user requirements team for a large application, and performing strategic and tactical business planning. An independent consultant since 1994, she supports business and system planning efforts, specializing in business requirements analysis.

Janey has authored a self-paced workbook entitled, "Swimlane Process Mapping, Coordinating Work Across Functional Groups and Information Systems." The workbook teaches a cross-functional approach to process analysis and mapping and is suitable for both business and I.T. professionals.
